The Business Centre lies on the site of transition between the north-western part of the town with a predominantly rural character, and the elongated city centre, which continues from the Business Centre Vrelec (Eng.: Spring) along the valley via the health-spa further on to the world-renowned glass-works Rogaška in the south-east of the town. This is a building that unconsciously impresses passers-by with a strong character of both its positioning on the terrain and its façade shell, which dominate the space around the roundabout. The plot is rather small in relation to the surface area and size of the building, and due to that there is not much space around it, which a business centre needs because of its dominant position and programme. This is replaced by the existing roundabout on the south side of the building that ensures an appropriate belt of space around the building with regard to the spatially dominant façade. The daring positioning and clearly outlined character of the building ensure its visibility, which is a prerequisite for a project that promotes small and younger companies. Positioned along the end of the promenade in Zdraviliški park (Health Spa Park), the building completes the north-western part of the Rogaška Slatina centre and is oriented along the promenade axis.
